I am a Clinical Aromatherapist and Reiki Master and currently completing further studies in Bach Flower Remedies, as discovered by the brilliant Dr Edward Bach, so look out for these coming soon…

I completed my training at the Cotswold School of Clinical Aromatherapy and I am a member of the AAPA (Aromatherapy and Allied Practitioners’ Association).

My therapy room is peaceful and tranquil, set in the beautiful countryside grounds of The Old Farmhouse and your relaxation will begin before you even walk through the door.  I pride myself on high standards and attention to detail, so prepare to be indulged.

Before Quiescent Spirit and working with natural therapies, I spent 15 years working in accounting.  My career as a management accountant didn’t agree with me and I would often come home extremely stressed! This ignited my interest in the effects mental and emotional health have on the physical body and seeking help through natural therapies led me to discover their wonderful healing energies.  Needless to say, I found my vocation and embarked upon training in the very therapies that allowed my spirit to be quiescent…
